A really big thank you to Mary Lou Mikolay for taking such great photos. Here's the scoop... Go to the photo page to see a select representation of her work under Divisionals and Presidential Invitational albums. To see the entire 155 photos please go to this link http://s690.photobucket.com/albums/vv269/shelahmom1/ This is my photobucket account and I invite you to see them through this link. Hopefully this will work. I cannot load all 155 photos onto our page because photos take up alot of our allotted space. Thanks for following the link. Sheila

Our Coach Kristen's (Kuntzman) brother, Mark is currently serving the United States as a Marine Corps Lance Corporal in Iraq. He is a former Neptune swimmer, Boardman High School swimmer and acheived the honor of attending Zones!
We encourage all Neptune Swimmers to write to Mark. This is how to do this:
Register on http://www.motomail.us/ (this is free mail directly to Mark withing 2-3 days!)
You log in to motomail and register your email. Enter his address and create a letter (almost like email... but not). Being the government... they will print your letter and mail to him directly!
Mark's Address: LCpl Kuntzman Mark 1st BN 7th MAR H&S CO CEB PLT Unit 41515 FPO AP 96426-1515 Mark, On Behalf of all Neptunites... Thank you for your service and we wish you safely home soon!
We are Division 1 Champions!
And in the process the kids earned 129 Personal Best ribbons! And I believe the swimmers either bettered or achieved Zone times in 13 events!
We can order a new banner for the pool! Wooo Hooo!
It should be Monday or Tuesday of this week to know who qualified to compete at Leagues at Canton in March.
Stay tuned for more excitement of the Youngstown Neptune Swim Team!

Congratulations to our Neptune Swimmers... Your donations made a splash! Thanks to Mr. Cowles for delivering to the Second Harvest Food Bank. That's about 100 cans of Tuna!Remember we share our YMCA with other members...even during HOME meets.
Here are a few do's and don'ts to remember:
DO | DON'T |
DO Enjoy your snacks in the Youth Lobby | DON'T Sneak a snack in the gym area |
DO WALK through our halls and deck area with your shoes on. | DON'T RUN to any area of the YMCA |
DO - NEPTUNE families are encouraged to use the RIGHT half of the gym. | DON'T Forget to welcome our visitors |
DO - NEPTUNE families are encouraged to network with other families (in different age groups) so that eveyone can see their child swim. This is important when sitting in the bleachers. | DON'T Forget to be considerate to others. |
THANK YOU!
